  • Dispatch your item within 2 days of receiving cleared funds, normally next day
  • Keep you informed at every stage of the transaction
  • Provide clearly documented and reasonable postage charges and will combine postage whenever possible. Please see the listing details or contact us for a quote.
  • Offer a comprehensive and transparent returns policy
  • Respond to all messages within 24 hours, normally much sooner.

If sending a cheque, please ensure you include details of the item purchased (item number and your eBay id), so we have a clue as to what it relates!

  We ship Worldwide.

We aim to dispatch your item within 2 days of receipt of cleared funds, usually next day using Royal Mail First Class, Standard Parcels or Airmail services.

We will email you when your goods have been dispatched.

Please note that in the case of cheque payments, dispatch is usually within 5 days of receipt to allow for clearance.

Please check each individual listing for specific postage charges. The charges include all packing materials, postal charges and packing.

We always obtain proof of posting.  Royal Mail postage services include insurance up to a value of £32. High value items will have increased insurance included in the postage price - please check the listing.

In the unlikely event of a parcel going missing in the post, please note the Royal Mail do not allow insurance claims until 15 working days from dispatch have elapsed.

 

 
     
 

 
  If there are any issues with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to resolve them.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt in an 'as received condition' for a full refund. We can't accept returns of  video, DVD, audio, video games and software products supplied new and sealed  where the item has been unsealed, other than in cases where the item is faulty.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage costs unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is damaged, faulty or substantially not as described.
